Eligibility for Refunds

At TECH BALL LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order and provide detailed information about the issue.

• Incorrect or Defective Products: If the product you received does not match your order specifications or has a manufacturing defect, we will review your claim. Upon approval, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
• Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, customized or personalized items, and services rendered are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Review and Approval: Our team will assess your request within 5 working days and determine whether you qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Return of Item (If Required): In cases where a return is necessary, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition.
4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
• If the order is canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will be deducted.
• Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours as processing and production begin immediately.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

• Expedited orders: Orders processed with accelerated shipping are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks and Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback without prior communication, we reserve the right to contest the claim with supporting documentation.
• COVID-19 Policy: Due to potential supply chain disruptions, we may cancel an order at any time before shipment. If canceled by us, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
